Peter and Christine Gott’s Sillfield Farm, situated in a picturesque 80 acres of the Lake District, is home to wild boar, rare breed pigs, Herdwick sheep and pedigree poultry, all of them free range and traditionally reared.

The Borough Market stall sells a wide range of fresh meats, sausages, air-dried hams and bacon, freshly baked pies and Westmoreland cheeses.
