Guest Chef Luke Mackay
This Friday, 23rd March, we are delighted to welcome back Guest Chef, Luke Mackay, to the Demonstration Kitchen.
Luke will be cooking a menu inspired by the seasonal produce on offer in the Market on the day. A shopping trip around the Market in the morning will provide Luke with the produce and inspiration for his daily menu, which he will then showcase in the demonstration kitchen, sharing tips and techniques on how to recreate his dishes at home.
Come and see Luke in action between 12-2pm in the Jubilee Market on Friday 23 March.
