The Start of Summer at the Demonstration Kitchen
We’re looking forward to the official start of British Summertime this weekend here at the Market and resident chef, Hayley Edwards, has been inspired to create a menu for this week’s Demonstration Kitchen that shakes off the winter blues.
On Thursday 22nd March between 12-2pm, we will be showcasing a range of light seasonal dishes created with the produce fresh from the Market on the day. The menu this week will include a Seafood Cerviche made with prawns from Furness Fish & Game and Plums baked 'en papillote' using an array of aromatic spices from Spice Mountain.
