Bedales takes an open-minded approach to wine - rather than focusing on famous brands, Arnaud Compass has created a cellar where wine from the Lebanon will sit next to the classic wines of France, as long as it is worth its place, while the knowledgeable staff are prepared to guide customers though any aspect of wine culture.

Bedales also allows you to enjoy its wines on site for a small corkage fee, accompanied by platters of beautiful meats, cheeses, pates and terrines.
