Roast is Iqbal Wahhab’s beautiful restaurant, based in the stunning Floral Hall building overlooking the market. The menu, created by head chef Marcus Verberne, focuses on beautiful roast meats, fresh fish and seasonal game, all made using the finest British ingredients, many of which are sourced from Borough traders.

As well as lunch and dinner, Roast offers a highly acclaimed breakfast menu and The Bar at Roast offers a full drinks menu and a British bar food menu.
