Five years ago, Juerg and Mike set up Jumi, with the sole intention of ensuring the cheese they produced was of the highest quality; from the milking of their cows right through to the delivery to their customers. 

Produced in the Emmental region of Switzerland, Jumi bring their extensive range of artisan cheese to Borough Market, including their speciality Belper Knolle, a raw cow’s milk cheese made from the milk of the Simmental cow.
