Mrs. Sandhu knows all there is to know about Punjabi food. Inspired as a child by watching her father create new recipes and sourcing only seasonal ingredients, she creates everything from scratch in her Hitchin kitchen. Then, together with her daughter Preet, brings it down to Borough Market on Saturdays for her loyal customers to buy.

Temptings lives up to the name with a wide range of delicious savoury and fruit based chutneys and pickles, sold alongside fragrantly spiced hot pancakes.
