The Golden Company

On the last Saturday of every month whilst the honey season lasts, you will find the Golden Company’s Bee Guardians selling urban honey and honey related products here at Borough Market.

The Golden Company is a social enterprise based in East London, which works with inner city young people to nurture their entrepreneurial spirit through first-hand experience of running a business.

A number of the apprentices are accredited beekeepers, and use the honey gathered from their Hackney hives and nearby localities to create the produce for their stall.
