Pieminister was founded in Bristol in 2003 by brothers-in-law Jon Simon and Tristan Hogg. The company’s wide range of ready-to-eat pies - some of which are staunchly traditional, others more inventive - are made using free range British meat, MSC-certified fish, fresh vegetables, free range eggs and proper butter. All ingredients are sourced as locally as possible.
Pieminister pies have won many awards for taste and quality and Autumn 2012 saw the launch of four fabulous new flavours including the Deerstalker (British venison, red wine and puy lentils) and the Peahock pie (British ham hock and garden peas). Pieminister also makes luxury sausage rolls and look out for their special seasonal pies. Eat them hot at the market or take them away to enjoy at home.
