Brindisa are a hugely popular trader who offer wonderful tapas and top quality Spanish produce. One of the secrets to Brindisa's success is the amazing skills of their chefs so we're excited to have Executive Chef, Josep Carbonell join us at the Demonstration Kitchen.

Josep will be showcasing his unique style of Spanish cooking that has made Brindisa dishes so legendary around the Market. His menu will be made up of your favourite Brindisa dishes and authentic Spanish recipes.

Josep will be hosting the Demonstration Kitchen on Friday 29th June from 12-2pm in the Jubilee Market. This is bound to be a very popular event so be sure you don't miss it!
