Michael and Julie Hobbs know just how to get a queue started. Their hot meat baguettes include roast loin of pork with stuffing and apple sauce, turkey breast with stuffing and cranberry sauce and salt beef with dill pickle and mustard.

Michael started working at Borough 25 years ago, first as a market porter and then as a bookkeeper for Elsey & Bent.
