We are delighted to welcome a new season of showcases in our Market Hall.
From regional showcases offering the chance to purchase the best quality food and drink an area has to offer; to showcases focusing on one particular food group or ingredient, get ready to discover something new.
Kicking off the season are a selection of guest traders from Wales, who will be in the Market Hall on 28th February and 1st March, with everything from traditional Welsh cakes and Welsh lamb, to gin and farmhouse cheeses. Following closely are Food Northern Ireland, who will be with us from 13th March for 9 days, with a fun, family focused event to celebrate St Patrick’s Day on Sunday 17th. Keep an eye out for more information coming soon!
As we move from Spring to Summer we also welcome specialist initiatives championing issues such as innovation within the food industry, sustainability and impact.
These showcases and events are driven by our commitment to provide the best food and drink the world has to offer; to celebrate the diversity of produce and the people behind it – the small scale producers, traders and experts whose dedication to quality and the sustainable model of farm-to-fork which is pivotal to the wellbeing of our communities and generations to come.
