The RHS Chelsea Flower Show is in full bloom and Alix will be picking up this theme with her ode to edible flowers as she returns to the kitchen with more creative dishes gleaned from her experience in the world of luxurious event catering
Her menu will include the following:
- Parmesan shortbreads with whipped goats’ cheese and chive flowers
- Pea soup with nasturtium flowers and butter
- Eton mess with baked petals, berries and currants
- Crab, cucumber, apple and radish salad with borage flowers and hazelnuts
