Ceri Buckmaster has been leading walks in London’s green spaces since 2008, shining a spotlight on wild food as the new street food, inspired by the wild plants that grow in urban areas, as well as by the people and diverse food traditions present in the city. Celia Brooks, a regular Borough Market chef and blogger, is the author of eight fundamentally vegetarian cookery books and a very experienced allotmenteer, who grows for the table and for pleasure.
Everyone is welcome to join the free cookery demonstration which takes place between 12.30-2pm in the Market Hall at Borough Market for professional tips, delicious samples and recipe cards.
