Endless cooking techniques, tips and how-tos along with some delicious, seasonal food that you can make with recipe cards at home—that’s what our weekly themed demonstration kitchens are all about.
The theme this Friday: Indian street food and who better than Chetna Makan to be cooking up a storm, with some of the best produce the Market has to offer.
Chetna's menu will include:
Baigan bhaja - aubergine pakora with coriander and spinach chutney
Chilli chicken - spicy chicken marinated and then cooked with onions and peppers with chow mein
Poha - flat rice flakes cooked with onions and potatoes
So why not come along to Chetna's demonstration on Friday 14th July in the Market Hall, 12:30-2pm and pick up some tips and tricks in the kitchen, a few tasters and free recipe cards.
