Felicity Cloake is an award-winning food writer and the author of the Guardian’s long running How to Make the Perfect column as well as four books, the most recent of which is The A-Z of Eating: A Flavour Map for Adventurous Cooks (Fig Tree, 2016) which was shortlisted for the Andre Simon Award.
Felicity will be joining us in our demo kitchen with a focus on on summer fruit and veg dishes, based on recipes from her new book. Using fresh ingredients from the Market, Felicity will be showing you delicious new ways to treat humble fruit and veg - with a twist.
Felicity's menu will include:
Sicilian almond and tomato pesto
Green herb cauliflower ‘tabbouleh’
Beetroot noodles with goat’s cheese, toasted walnuts and baby kale
Peach and mozzarella salad with crispy lemon zest and basil
