As Head Chef and owner of her own catering company, Alix Caiger is used to cooking and presenting food to an incredibly high standard. Here she turns her attention to the most beautifully presented meal of them all: afternoon tea. Expect the usual cakes, sandwiches and scones but not as you know them.
Her menu will include:
- Miso and white chocolate cookies
- Mini lemon and polenta cakes with rose and raspberry cream
- Blackcurrant fool with hazelnut crumb
- Bruschetta with smoked salmon, radish and capers
- Savoury scones with jam
