Demo Kitchen April residency - St George, patron saint of...

Borough Market’s Demonstration Kitchen residencies are back after a short winter break. Running every Thursday in the Market Hall, these series of cooking demonstrations focus on a particular theme each month. First up: Saint George

Although the English celebrate him on the 23rd April each year, Saint George is also the patron saint of many other nations. In the lead up to our St George’s Day event on Sunday 22nd April, we will be enjoying a month of cooking demonstrations looking at foods from these different countries. 

Find more details on chefs and menus below. Demo kitchens are free to attend with tasters, cooking tips and recipe cards to take home.
