Next Friday Celia Brooks—cook, keen gardener and food writer—will be in the demo kitchen celebrating the autumnal harvest
Bringing vegetables to centre stage and cooking with a bounty of seasonal produce from the Market, Celia's vegetarian menu will include:
Saffron celeriac and puy lentils with cherry tomatoes, served with yoghurt
Sweet and sour aubergine salad
Autumn vegetable casserole with butterbeans and carrot juice
Join Celia at this free demonstration on Friday 30th September in the Market Hall, from 12:30-2pm. There'll be plenty of cooking tips, tastings and recipe cards, so that you can recreate the delicious dishes at home.
