Food writer, historian and host of the Borough Market Cookbook Club, Angela Clutton, will be taking the helm at the demonstration kitchen this Friday.
Cooking three delicious recipes from her Borough Market 'Basically...' series, Angela will be using the finest Market ingredients and showing you just why quality and provenance matters when it comes to buying the basics.
Angela's menu will include:
Olive oil, herb & garlic marinated goat’s cheese
Nicoise bundles with tarragon mayonnaise
Salted lavender sables with rich chocolate
