Borough Market regular Katherine Frelon joins us for a demo celebrating dairy at Borough
Borough Market is lucky to be home to amazing producers of milk, cream, butter and cheeses. In celebration of the variety on offer, Katherine will be whipping up a menu that highlights dairy in all its forms.
Her menu will include:
Corn and white bean velouté with Comté gougères
Peppery leaf salad with smoked trout, fresh goats cheese & a lemon & dill scented buttermilk dressing
Feta & spinach puff pastry tart with basil
Panna cotta with rosewater & geranium Turkish delight
