Chef Paula McIntyre makes a return to the demo kitchen - this time focusing on cherries
Chef, writer and broadcaster Paula McIntyre is back in the demo kitchen on Thursday 13 July, focusing on seasonal fruit: cherries.
Northern Ireland director for Slow Food UK and Borough Market regular, Paula’s out to show how versatile cherries can be in both sweet and savoury dishes, and all in time for National Cherry day.
Her menu will include:
Duck and grilled radicchio salad with pickled cherries, pecans and cherry smoked orange bbq sauce
Fennel roasted pork chops with cherry mostarda
Cherry and lambic beer fritters and hot chocolate sauce
Cherry polenta cake with rosewater labne
