BBC Masterchef 2015 finalist Tony Rodd is back in the demo kitchen focusing on packing dishes full of colour and texture
Taking traditional flavour combinations and playing with texture and presentation, Tony is currently working on a book of recipes aimed at the amateur cook who wants to create beautiful plates of food in their own home. He’s bringing three different dishes to the demo kitchen that are designed to wow both the eyes and the palate!
His menu will include:
Beetroot textures with feta cheese and mint
Grilled garlic and herb langoustine with pork belly and fennel
Duck breast with herb bulgur wheat, poached plums and plum sauce
