Chef, food writer and Borough Market blogger Luke Mackay steps back in the demo kitchen
Luke's personal mission for the last decade has been to get more people eating offal. For this upcoming demo he'll be cooking with venison offal in particular, showing us why we should all be enjoying more of it and how we can make the most of every part.
His menu will include:
Venison steak, kidney, bacon casserole with fried bread
Venison offal keema
Deer tongue tacos
Venison liver skewers with Sichuan pepper and cumin
