Award-winning chef Andy McLeish is stepping back onto the demo kitchen stage
Instead of being on the moors shooting the first grouse of the season Andy McLeish, award-winning chef patron of Chapters and Chapter One restaurants, will be stepping back onto the demo kitchen stage.
Andy will be cooking with the variety of game that's available at the Market on the Glorious Twelfth and will be reminding us about the sustainable wild game that is available all year round. His delicious, seasonal recipes will be giving game dishes a summery twist.
His field to fork inspired menu will include:
Warm pigeon, walnut and celeriac salad with Parma ham
Roast loin of venison with butternut, girolles and roast trevise
Risotto of wild rabbit, with parmesan and crème fraîche
Andy will be in the demo kitchen in the Market Hall between 12:30-2pm on 12th August, so head down to catch him. Watch, learn & eat (expect lots of tasters) whilst soaking up the atmosphere of Borough Market.
