Chef Katherine Frelon is back in the demo kitchen this Thursday, with a garlic masterclass
Inspirational chef, culinary instructor and author, Katherine Frelon, will be giving us a masterclass in cooking with garlic at her latest demonstration in the Borough Market kitchen.
Ahead of the annual celebration of the versatile allium at the Isle of Wight Garlic Festival this weekend, Katherine will be looking at garlic in its many forms. Cooking with five different types of garlic on the day, she'll be creating a myriad of delicious dishes, which can be replicated by you easily at home, using ingredients from the Market.
Her menu will include:
Bruschetta with roast violet garlic goats curd
Griddled summer vegetables with aioli
Prawns with smoked garlic
Cauliflower and black garlic
Sweet/hot pickled garlic cloves
