Award winning chef Hayden Groves is back in the demo kitchen
Garlic is on the brain here at Borough this week, with so many varieties to be found in the Market. Wild, wet, black, smoked - they’re a larder staple in our kitchen and in Hayden's too!
Focusing on five different types of garlic in particular, Hayden's menu will include:
Black garlic bean curd, spring onions, chilli & coriander
Linguini, wild garlic pesto
Smoked garlic, potato & chive soup
Salad of sprouting broccoli, goats curd and wet garlic
Pan roasted chicken, baked single clove garlic, charlotte potatoes and baby gem

Hayden’s charity cookbook, Back in the Saddle—produced off the back of riding all three iconic grand tours in Europe last year, has been nominated for three Gourmand World Cookbook awards, and will be on sale in the Market Hall, with all proceeds going to towards CureLeukaemia.
