Running every Thursday in the Market Hall, Borough Market’s Demonstration Kitchen residencies focus on a particular theme each month. This month: Seeds and grains
As her series on grains for the Borough Market website comes to an end, Jenny Chandler kicks off a month-long residency at the Demo Kitchen. Bringing together all the things she covered in her series, as well as taking inspiration from the Oxford Symposium on Cookery and Food which is this year focusing on seeds, Jenny will be taking us on a tour of cereal, pulse and nut dishes from around the world.
Find more details on Jenny's menus below. Demo kitchens are free to attend with tasters, cooking tips and recipe cards to take home.
