Inspirational chef Katherine Frelon is back in the demo kitchen this Thursday, 26th May, showcasing the best produce the market has to offer.
As part of the Love Your Local Market campaign, Katherine will be taking part in the ‘Market Basket Challenge’ where she’ll be selecting some superbly seasonal ingredients, and turning them into some delicious dishes which can easily be replicated at home this Bank Holiday weekend.
Her recipes will be easily adaptable, so that you can adjust them at home dependent on dietary requirements and monetary preferences.
Katherine’s menu will include:
Warm salad of seared Moroccan spiced fillets with rainbow leaves and lemon dressing
Green pea and mint soup with a trio of bruschetta
Courgette and blue cheese quiche
Mini dessert medley
