Olia Hercules makes her debut at the demo kitchen
We're thrilled to welcome chef, food writer and food stylist Olia Hercules to the demonstration kitchen stage. A Leith’s-trained chef who developed her cooking skills by working in the kitchens of Ottolenghi, Olia published her first cookbook Mamushka last year and is currently taking the world by storm.
Combining the Market’s seasonal British produce, with recipe inspiration from her heritage, Olia will be cooking a summery menu based on her food philosophy that ingredients 'are at their best' when in season and local.
So come down and join us Friday 19th August from 12.30-2pm for recipe cards and inspiration, cooking tips and some delicious Ukrainian food.
