Great British Bake Off 2013 contestant and charming Welsh chef Beca Lyne-Pirkis, is back in the demo kitchen on Friday 21st October.
Celebrating National Baking Week in style, Becca will be using seasonal Market ingredients to tantalise our tastebuds. Creating five delicious sweet and savoury goods, she'll be demonstrating techniques, tips and tricks in the kitchen so you can get baking with ease at home.
Her menu will include:
Mini sticky toffee pudding cakes, with nut brittle and toffee sauce
Two varieties of scone
Three layer lemon and blueberry cake filled with lemon syrup, lemon buttercream & blueberry compote
