Angela Clutton is back in the demo kitchen, celebrating the wonderful diversity of British potatoes
Food writer, historian and host of the Borough Market Cookbook Club, Angela Clutton, will be taking the helm at the demonstration kitchen this Friday, cooking with the first of the new potatoes, or ‘earlies’ as they are also called. Keeping things simple and allowing their flavour to really shine through, dishes will include brown shrimp and wild garlic butter new potatoes. Delicious!
