Chef Neil Forbes from Cafe St Honore, Edinburgh will be taking centre stage in the demo kitchen as he raises awareness of Organic September, a campaign by the Soil Association which urges shoppers to choose organic produce. Neil will be showing how, by making some small changes to our shopping list and choosing organic, we can support small-scale organic producers and taste the difference in our meals.
Using products from Chegworth Valley, Neal’s Yard Dairy and Rhug Farm butchers, Neil will showcase delicious dishes using organic produce.
Neil’s menu will include:
Roast organic squash, cinnamon and rosemary soup
Organic cheddar and onion tart
Organic lamb’s liver, Scots kale and salsa verde
