Food writer, historian and host of the Borough Market Cookbook Club, Angela Clutton, will be taking the helm at the demonstration kitchen this Friday, and exploring the magic of preserving.
Delving into the history and techniques behind the methods she uses, expect cooking techniques, tips and how-tos along with some delicious and seasonal food that you can make at home.
Angela's menu will include:
Warmed cannellini beans with walnut aillade and tomatoes
Pickled salmon on rye
Orange and clove pikelets with quince honey
