Chef Luke Robinson will be taking plant based recipes and elevating them to restaurnat standards, building flavours and techniques this Friday 24th November.
When Luke cooks at the demo kitchen you are sure of a session packed with techniques, with something to offer cooks of all abilities wishing to improve their skills and above all presentation.
For this session he turns his artist’s eye to a vegan menu building flavour with plant based ingredients in season.
His menu will include
- Autumn vegetable salad with miso pesto
- Chocolate mousse, candied hazelnuts & exotic fruits
Demo kitchens are free to attend between 12:30 and 2pm with tasters, cooking tips and recipe cards to take home. Come and join us!
