Inspirational chef, culinary instructor and author, Katherine Frelon is back in the demo kitchen.
Katherine will be cooking a variety of simple autumn supper dishes from the finest, seasonal produce found in the Market right now.
Katherine's menu will include:
Roast squash with kale, goats cheese, walnuts and salsa verde
Leek carbonara with borlotti beans and shredded ham hocks
Spiced poached pears with honey hibiscus glaze and olive oil icecream
