Award winning chef Hayden Groves is back in the demo kitchen, and this time he’s looking at summer berries
National Chef of the Year 2013, Hayden has a commitment to fresh, local, sustainably sourced seasonal ingredients and will be cooking three summer desserts, showing us how to enjoy summer’s finest berries as best we can. With a huge selection of berries available in the Market, Hayden will be spoilt for choice as he showcases the best of what's on offer this season.
Making popular desserts, but with a twist, Hayden’s menu will include:
Strawberry ‘neaten mess’
Old school raspberry trifle
Vanilla panna cotta, blueberries and crystalised pistachio
