Chef Neil Forbes will be taking centre stage in the demo kitchen once more, this time whipping up a range of summer dressings and sauces
Neil will be showcasing recipes using a range of bases (think different oils, dairy, fruit and veg), inspired by a variety of global influences and perfect for your summer cooking at home.
Inspiration will also come from the dressings and sauces that he uses in his own sustainable restaurant, Cafe St Honoré, which won “Restaurant of the Year’ at the CIS Awards just last month.
So why not come down and join Neil at the free cookery demonstration, 12.30-2pm in the Market Hall. Expect recipe cards to take home, plenty of cooking tips and some delicious tasters.
