Chef Lesley Holdship will be cooking quick suppers with summer mushrooms
Mushroom are often overlooked at summer time, as many people think they’re more of an autumnal ingredient—but home economist, food stylist, recipe writer and Borough Market regular Lesley Holdship knows different. She’ll be cooking up some easy suppers with seasonal summer mushrooms, some of which you may have never even heard of.
Lesley’s menu will include:
Oriental mushroom ragu with sticky jasmine rice
Mushroom and comte tart
From mousserons to king oysters, chanterelle to chicken of the woods, there are a whole host of varieties to try.
