Endless cooking techniques, tips and how-tos along with some delicious, seasonal food that you can make with recipe cards at home—that’s what our weekly themed demonstration kitchens are all about.
The theme next Friday: sustainable, oily fish—and who better than chef Luke Mackay to be cooking up a storm, with some of the best produce the Market has to offer.
Luke’s menu will include:
Charred mackerel tacos, toasted sweetcorn salsa & horseradish
Fried herrings in oatmeal with bacon, beetroot and watercress salad
Dukkah whitebait with harissa mayo and lime
Anchoiade and roast radishes on toast
So why not come along to Luke’s demonstration on Friday 2nd December in the Market Hall, 12:30-2pm and pick up some tips and tricks in the kitchen, a few tasters and free recipe cards.
