Normally found serving up adventurous, seasonal British fare at The Globe Tavern; head chef Luke Hawkins will be bringing his skills to our demonstration kitchen, debuting this Friday.
Using the finest ingredients from the Market, he'll be creating his speciality - un-fussy food with a delicious twist.
Luke’s menu will include:
Game terrine, quince jelly, sourdough
Smoked cod, jerusalem artichoke, borage, persilade
Salt baked celeriac, duck egg, kale, capers
Come down and join Luke between 12:30-2pm on Friday 18 November in the Market Hall. A free event, with recipe cards and tasters, it's certainly not one to miss.
