Demo kitchen: Zero-waste crab

Chef Jenny Chandler is back in the Demo Kitchen cooking up a crab feast

As summer draws in, fantastic new ingredients begin appearing in the Market. Amongst these of course is crab. But what to do with it? Using every part of this tasty crustacean, Jenny will be proving that there is nothing to be intimidated by. 

Her simple dishes will show the versitility of crab and bring some sunshine to the Demo Kitchen too!
