Greek workshops

The team at Oliveology will be sharing their passion, knowledge and the spirit of Greek food through an autumn series of workshops, hosted in Borough Market’s Cookhouse.

Oliveology are teaming up once again with Greek chef Despina Siahuli, who has put together a purely vegetarian cooking experience for you to try, focusing on star ingredients sourced exclusively from small producers all over Greece. These ingredients have been chosen to represent the uniqueness of the Greek terroir and culture.

Workshop #1 at Borough Market, with Despina Siahuli

Star ingredients: dakos rusks, fava (split yellow peas), filo pastry, wild herbs, tahini, grape molasses

Price: £55 per person (including food, drinks, recipes and a goodie bag)
Duration: 3 hours

Time Slots: 10am-1 pm | 2pm-5pm
