Positioned alongside our regular hot food traders in the Green Market, we will be hosting a new guest trader every few weeks.
Regular visitors to the Market will be familiar with the scents and sizzle of our wide array of street food traders—but now, for a limited time, fresh faces will be joining the ranks. Located at the end of the hot food line alongside the Cathedral Street end of the Green Market, each guest trader will be with us for two to four weeks only—so you’ll have to be quick to catch them.
8th October—3rd November
Young Londoners breathe a sigh of relief: it’s the quality of the food that sets this street food trader apart, not the price of its products—nor are we welcoming the construction of an enormous block of apartments to the Green Market. Rather, for the next four weeks, we’re inviting you to feast your eyes (and stomachs) on Luxury Flats’ line-up of full-flavoured Asian fare: koji chicken (24-hour marinated, deep fried free-range chicken thighs) or edamame falafels (a lighter, brighter, healthier version of the classic), served with pickles, hot sauce, mirin yoghurt and Market salad—all wrapped up, of course, in freshly made flatbreads.
