October Demo Kitchen residency: non-alcoholic alternatives

A month-long focus on food to see you through sober October

Those going sober for October can rejoice—for at the Demo Kitchen you might not be wined, but you’ll most certainly be dined in the Market’s month-long focus on food to pair with non-alcoholic drinks. Each Thursday throughout October will see a different chef take on a dinner party course (canapés, starter, main course and dessert, respectively), showcasing several dishes with an interesting non-alcoholic drink to match.

On 17th October Tony Rodd, chef-patron of Copper and Ink restaurant, will return to the Demo Kitchen for the third of our non-alcoholic alternatives residency. He’ll be taking on mains, with a seasonal non-alcoholic alternative to a glass of red.

Tony’s menu: 
Chicory pthivier, pear, blue cheese & broccoli sauce
Pheasant, puy lentils, savoy & blackberries
Venison, roasted parsnip, braised red cabbage, chesnut & celeriac
