Guest Chef Lloyd Hayes
This Friday, we have a very special guest chef at the Demonstration Kitchen. Lloyd Hayes is a talented chef and a graduate of Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen apprentice scheme. A perfect example of the difference cooking can make to people’s lives, he is passionate about passing on his knowledge of food to the next generation of apprentices and anyone interested in food. Lloyd says:
“Food brings people together and that’s why I’m still cooking – so I can give something back.”
Bringing his passion to the Demonstration Kitchen, Lloyd will be cooking with ingredients sourced from the Market on the day. His menu will be inspired by West Indian and Italian street food. Tasty, quick international dishes that fill the stalls of markets around the globe, that you can recreate at home.
