Rainha Santa Portuguese Foods

Based in the Alentejo region in the east of Portugal, Rainha Santa produces fresh fruit marmalades, greengage and apricot preserves, honey, single estate extra virgin olive oil and wild herbs, as well as the region’s famous Elvas plums (actually a type of greengage), which are cooked then soaked in sugar syrup for six weeks before being washed and sun-dried.

The Rainha Santa stall also sells imported Portuguese regional cheese and chouricos.

Rainha Santa can also be found at our lunchtime market offering their famous hog roast.
