Lloyd Hayes at the Demonstration Kitchen

This Friday, we have a very special guest chef at the Demonstration Kitchen. Lloyd Hayes is a talented chef and a graduate of Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen apprentice scheme. Lloyd recently hosted a popular street food-themed demonstration so we've invited him back to the Market to flex his culinary muscles once again!

Lloyd has decided to cook risotto-based dishes and will be creating exciting meals that are easy to prepare. The menu includes:

  • Arancini - translated as "little oranges", these tasty breadcrumbed and fried risotto balls originate from Sicily.
  • Sweet risotto - the soft texture of risotto means it works well with

Bringing his passion to the Demonstration Kitchen, Lloyd will be cooking with ingredients sourced from the Market on the day. Llody's last visit to the Market was a big hit so this is one to to be missed!

Lloyd will be in the Demonstration Kitchen on Friday 22nd June from 12-2pm, so join him to find out what recipes he has up his sleeve!
