Marco Vineis established Gastronomica at Borough Market in February 2000. In a bid to import only the finest quality produce from Italy, Marco has forged strong relations with a host of small artisan producers.

Gastronomica stocks pulses, sauces, jam, mustard, balsamic vinegar and seriously good charcuterie, while its cheeses come from as far and wide as Piedmont, Puglia, Umbria, Lombardy and Sicily.
