New Trader Applications

What's involved in becoming a Borough Market trader?

The Market has a three staged process for anyone who wishes to be considered to trade at the Market.  The first stage is the completion of a new trader application form, which provides the Market with information about you and your business.

The Market accepts applications from established and start up businesses but the business must already be registered as a food business and have a business bank account.  All applications are reviewed in line with a set of selection criteria including food type and producer status.  If your application is successful at this stage, you will then be invited in to discuss your application after which you may be invited to submit your products to an independent tasting panel.

The Market is currently operating at full capacity and we are unable to accept any new trader applications at the present time.
